Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our Design & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and beautiful spaces. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drawings:
  • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
  • Create detailed drawings and plans for interior structures, including furniture detail drawings.
  • Review and revise drawings based on sales department feedback or other specifications.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with sales designers, visual designers, and other relevant parties to understand project requirements.
  • Generate renovation/method of construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and materials lists.
  • Work with project teams to ensure that all aspects of the design are properly coordinated.
• Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

What You Need to Succeed

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Art, Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, high energy, independence, and a pleasant personality.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts; candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the interior design industry.
• Possess own transport.
