E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce channels, optimizing online content, and ensuring operational efficiency in our digital marketing efforts. If you are passionate about e-commerce and have a knack for account management, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management:
    • Facilitate the setup and operational effectiveness of channel management, particularly with key platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Tik Tok.
    • Prepare monthly campaigns on key platforms (e.g., Bundle Deals, Discount Promotion, Livestream Flash Sales).
    • Manage logistics operations with third-party warehouses for seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Foster relationships with e-commerce partners such as KOL to provide strategic insights.
    • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries across all online platforms.
    • Collaborate on enhancing business processes and customer service practices.
  • Online Content Management:
    • Ensure accuracy and optimization of product images, titles, and descriptions for SKUs and campaigns.
    • Identify and execute content strategies to enhance product information and customer engagement.
    • Oversee e-commerce performance metrics including sales, pricing, and order management.
    • Support senior management on various ad hoc projects.
    • Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience in managing e-commerce business or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in account management, ideally within the FMCG or eCommerce sector.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking.
  • Good teamwork, collaboration, and networking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and initiative to learn.
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
